With over 10 years in the service and hospitality industry, owner Sam Altman has long realized the lack of quality service and care taken in the maintenance of kitchen exhaust systems. However, before attempting to transform the kitchen maintenance industry, Sam decided it was of greater need to serve our country abroad by enlisting in the Army in 2005.
